Plan Your Wireless Fence Boundary:
The most important step in setting up your Havahart
®
Radial-Shaped
Wireless Dog Fence is determining the proper location to mount the
Controller on a wall. The system creates a circular boundary that can
extend from 40 feet up to 400 feet in all directions from the Controller.
Choose a wall
inside your home
nearest the center of the desired circular
containment area. This is where you will install the Controller. Be sure
that there is a standard 120V AC power outlet outlet that the 6 foot AC
adapter power cord can reach. Remember, proper training is essential for
your dog to learn the boundary that you set.
Use the Wireless Fence Planning Grid on page 38 to help with positioning
of the Controller.
