Now go through the carriage and tighten all the 5/8” flange bolts.
Step 41
Locate they hydraulic cylinder (30093) & the 1-1/2” x 7-1/2” cylinder pin. Also locate (2) 3/8” x 2” roll pins.
Using a lifting strap, lift cylinder up & orientate the cylinder so the rod end points away from the axle and the
bore or cylinder end is towards the axle. Also, make sure the cylinder ports are pointed down. Attach the
cylinder to the upper scissors assembly using the cylinder pin and the 2 roll pins as shown in fig. 41.1.
