Attach the carriage arms to the axle as shown in fig. 33.1.  Fasten the carriage arms to the axle using 
(4) 5/8” x 1-1/2” flange bolts and nuts. Do not tighten these bolts at this time.

Step 34

Locate the cylinder cross tube assembly.  Place on the ground between the 2 carriage arms.  Place 
approximently two thirds of the way down the carriage arms from the axle as shown in fig. 34.1.  Be sure to 
place cylinder cross tube with the holes for the cylinder in the direction of the axle.
