Adjustment of thread holder 

                                                                                                3-3-13

1. Remove the lower front panel. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

2. Loosen screw to the extent that thread hoIder moves. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3. Insert positioning gauge [

48.4±0.1mm

] between lower 

    part of moving head and holder (upper) and mount it 

    vertical. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

4. Hold down the pressurefoot and take the hook in and out 

    by finger to check movement of hook goes smoothly. 

    Check this at 1th , 6

th

 , 12

th

 needle.
