Grind the uneven or irregular surface with 45
tooling.

NOTE:
Finish the valve seat surface with 45
tooling
after the valve is replaced.
°
Grind the top surface of the original valve seat
by 1/4 of its width with 30 tooling.
°
●
Grind the bottom of the original valve seat by
1/4 of its width with 60 tooling.
°
●
Process the valve seat surface to standard
height with 45 tooling.
°
●
Standard
NOTE:
Make sure that all dents and uneven places have
been removed, re-process the surface if neces-
sary.
