NOTICE
Risk of damage to property!
Improper handling of the washing ma-
chine may lead to damage.
■
If a dolly cart is used to move the ap-
pliance, the appliance must be lifted
as shown on the packaging. Always
transport the appliance vertically and
with a built-in transport safety device.
■
Do not use any sharp or pointed ob-
jects when unpacking the appliance.
■
Do not use the appliance door or the
dispensing drawer to pull or lift the
appliance.
■
Remove all transport safety devices
and packaging prior to installation.
Make sure the appliance is not con-
nected to the power supply while the
transport safety devices are being re-
moved or installed.
■
If the washing machine is installed in
a location prone to frost, residual wa-
ter in the appliance can freeze at mi-
nus temperatures and cause damage.
Therefore drain residual water if there
is a risk of frost. Large volumes of wa-
ter may escape during emptying.
■
Do not place the washing machine
on top of other appliances, and do
not use it as a support for other appli-
ances (e.g. for tumble dryers). Do not
stand or sit on the washing machine.

Do not place the washing machine
on carpeted fl oors. Doing so would
prevent suffi cient ventilation, causing
the appliance to overheat and be-
come damaged.

For rugs, carpet, parquet or wooden
fl oorboards, place a stable wooden
plate measuring at least 60 × 60 cm
underneath the appliance.
Improper handling of the appliance
can lead to water damage.

pressure with the local waterworks.
■
Close the water supply tap after every
use.
■
Close the water supply tap before
cleaning the water inlet fi lter.
■
Only use the hose set delivered with
the appliance to connect to the water
supply. Do not use old hose sets.
■
Do not extend the water drain hose
or replace it with another hose.
■
The water drain hose must not be
kinked or twisted.
■
Be aware that substantial amounts
