Once you have set the cooking time limit,
a dot will appear next to the heat setting
display.
4. If required, set the cooking time limits on
the other cooking zones/areas too.
If a cooking time limit is active for sever-
al cooking zones/areas, the red dot for
the cooking zone/area with the shortest cook-
ing time setting illuminates.
Changing the cooking time limit
You can change a pre-set cooking time limit
at any time.
1. Touch the sensor of the cooking zone/
area for which you would like to change
the cooking time limit.
The heat setting display of the selected
cooking zone/area flashes.
2. Change the cooking time limit, as de-
scribed in section “Changing the alarm
time” on page EN-18.
Notes on cooking time limit
– You can set cooking time limits for all cook-
ing zones/areas.
– Once the cooking time limit of a cooking
zone/area is reached, this cooking zone/
area switches off automatically.
The red dot will now switch to the shortest
cooking time setting.
– If all cooking zones/areas are switched off,
the hob also switches off automatically af-
ter a short time.
Removing the cooking time limit
1. Tap the display for the cooking zone/area
for which you would like to use the cook-
ing time limit.
The display begins to flash.
2. Set the cooking time limit to “
00
”, as de-
scribed in section “Changing the alarm
time” on page EN-18.
The dot on the heat setting display disap-
pears.
The cooking time limit is deactivated.
3. If necessary, set the cooking time limit for
other cooking zones/areas to “
00
” too.
