LOCATE MENU B
Press the [  ] Touch Button to display the B Menu.
GO TO CONTACT FUNCTION Mode
Press [ENTER] to enter CONTACT FUNCTION Mode.
INPUT THE NAME
You can enter a name using up to 10 characters.

] Touch Buttons:
Moves the cursor.
[VALUE] Rotary Knob:
Selects letters.
The available characters include: Punctuation Marks (space - . ‘
&), Numeric Characters (0 ~ 9), Upper-case Letters (“A ~ Z”), and
Lower-case Letters (“a ~ z”).
Press the [  ] Touch Button once. The word “CONTACT” should
blink.

NAMING A CUSTOM CONTACT
LOCATE THE MENU Mode
Press the [MENU/EXIT] Touch Button. MENU Mode will be
displayed.

SELECT THE CONTACT NAME PAGE
Press the [  ] Touch Button to select Page 2 of the CONTACT
FUNCTION Mode.

After you have created and saved a Custom Contact, you may give it a unique name if you wish. To do this:

Press [ENTER] to record the Custom Contact with your custom
name. The display will show, “
Recording Contact...
” for
approximately 1 second.
When the message no longer displays, your custom name has been
saved.
NOTE: If you DO NOT wish to overwrite the currently selected
Custom Contact, press the [MENU/EXIT] or [PLAY] Touch Button.

After you have finished naming
your Custom Contact, press the
[RECORD] Touch Button. The
display will show:
“
[ENTER] to Overwrite ”
on the bottom line.
