Take the rope

and use a drop of superglue to
stick the end of the rope to the drum of the rope reel

. Wrap a few centimetres of rope around the
drum of the rope reel.
When you have two or three even layers of rope in
place cut the rope and fix the end in place with a little
superglue.
Repeat steps 1 to 4 with the remaining parts
