Calibration Management
Each time a calibration is successfully completed, the operator's name and the
calibration date are recorded. This option displays these details and allows the time
interval between calibrations (life duration column) to be set for each of the sensors.
Once the time period since the last calibration has expired, and if the expiration check
box has been checked, a message indicating that a calibration for that particular sensor
is required will be displayed when a new measurement run is started (see illustration in
“OrbiPack Startup” on page 23 ).
3.5.5 Factory Settings
This option requires a special password that is only available to qualified Hach Ultra
service technicians.
3.5.6 Can Counter Reset
This password protected option resets the can counter to zero. The counter is displayed
in the status bar at the bottom of the screen and shows the total number of completed
measurements.
3.5.7 Change Supervisor Password
When accessing this option for the first time, the default supervisor password is set to
Hach Ultra
. You will be required to change it before continuing.
There are access levels for the functions and settings:
1)
Guest
access (Read only) - Press
ESC
when prompted for ID and password.
Allows for free browsing of data.
2)
Operator
access - Insert operator ID and password. Measurement and
calibration are authorized.
3)
Supervisor
access - Access to configuration menu requires a supervisor
password (the operator password must be logged on first).
4)
Factory
setting - Requires a password available to Hach Ultra service
technicians only.
