ORBISPHERE
• Login window - If this box is not checked, then no username or password is
requested at login or when a new measurement run is selected.
• Auto log off - If this box is checked, and if there is no access to the software after
the time elapsed in the
Log off inactivity time
box has expired, no
measurements will be allowed. A valid username and password will be required to
regain access to the software.
• Auto Save - Choose
On
to save the results after each measurement. This data is
stored in the
backup.pck
file, located in the OrbiPack directory.
• Contents of the package column - Choose
Package name
to display a user-
defined package name in the package column of the tabular display. Choose
Package index
to display the package index number.
• Delete measurements - Choose
Password protected
to prevent data from being
accidentally erased from the data file. If set, each time the delete measurements
option is selected, a password will be required.
• Fill volume change - Choose
Enabled
to allow adjustment of the fill volume on
selected measurements.
• Warning message - If
On
, the warning message is displayed each time a new
measurement run is started, to warn the user to use the protection shield around
the package to be analyzed before piercing (see illustration in
“OrbiPack Startup”
on page 23 ).
• With sound - Set to
On
to display the warning message with the addition of an
audible reminder.
• Trace file - A trace file records all information about measurements into a file
named
trace.txt
. It is used by Technical Support to analyze any measurement
problems. The file can become very large, so it should be periodically deleted
using this option. A new one will be created next time a measurement is
performed.
• CO2 Normalized - Enter the temperature (in degrees centigrade) to be used in the
normalized CO
2
calculation.
Error Messages
You can enable or disable warning messages for errors that may occur during package
analysis.
