3.5.2 Diagnostics
Displays the data exchanged on the serial link between the 3625 instrument and the
OrbiPack program, while the data is being sent or received.
Use the
File
menu option to save the diagnostic data in a text file or exit the window. The
Edit
menu option allows the user to copy, clear, or select the diagnostic data. The
View
menu option allows the user to determine which diagnostics are displayed
(measurements, communications messages, or both).
The data received by the OrbiPack program are displayed exactly as received, whereas
the data sent by the program is preceded by

.
3.5.3 File Conversion
This option is used to convert the current measurement results to a text file that can be
used as input to other applications (word processors, spreadsheets, etc.).
3.5.4 Options
Before performing any measurements, several options can be set with regards to the
measurements. However, once the OrbiPack program has received analysis results from
the instrument, these options can only be viewed; they can no longer be changed.
They can only be changed once a new measurement run is selected.
