At any time the servo is turned off, a reason code is displayed along with the following codes:
Por On Power just applied (or failed previously).
Ser Err Following error was too large (see Parameter 22).
E-StoP Turned off with EMERGENCY STOP.
Hi Load Turned off due to overload condition (see Parameter 23).
rS-232 Turned off from RS-232 due to communication problem between the upper and lower controls.
Air-Hot Motor overheat sensor
Encoder Servo turned off because of encoder/Z channel fault (bad encoder or fault).
Hi Curr Motor current exceeded safety limit (stalled or PCB fault).
EncodeS Encoder Z channel missing (bad encoder or cable).
Hi VoLt Line voltage is too high causing regen overheat.
FAiLEd Indicates communication problem between upper and lower controls. This flashes up for only two
seconds.
CAbLE Break detected in encoder cable wiring.
trAnS Encoder transition fault had been detected by the brushless circuitry.

Pressing the EMERGENCY STOP button will turn the servo off and cause the spindle to decelerate and stop.
Position will not be lost. If the step was not completed you will still be on that step. Push CYCLE START to
turn the servo on. Push the CYCLE START again to restart the step. The remote cycle start and cycle finish
will not function until the EMERGENCY STOP is removed by pushing the START button. If an EMERGENCY
STOP is performed, the display will indicate an:
E-StoP
CE machines have an Emergency-stop switch on the top of the control. Pressing the E-stop switch will turn off
the servo and aborts the step in progress.
