1 Scissor axis (L/R) • Check that the lock nuts are securely fastened
• Lubricate the shafts
2 Plate axis (L/R)
3 Interface of the 2 scissors • Lubricate the rubbing parts
4 Internal chisel slide • Check that the circlip is securely fastened
• Lubricate the axle and slide
5 Fixed axis external scissors
6 Bellows
• Check the bellows for damage
• Check the tightness of the screws of the top and bottom plate fixing
• Treat the surface of the bellows with a suitable rubber care product
SECURITY CHECK
Security screening is required for the SPOT LIFT PRO operational security guarantee.
It must be done at regular intervals:
Use of the «Regular safety check (page 14)» form.
Make a copy of the SPOT LIFT PRO status report and attach it to the operating instructions.
Regular safety checks must be carried out by an authorised person. It is recommended to perform maintenance simul -
taneously.
TROUBLESHOOTING, CAUSES, SOLUTIONS
The table below shows the anomalies that can be observed when using the jack. If the problem is not listed in the
table below, stop using the tool and contact your dealer immediately for instructions.
TROUBLESHOOTING CAUSES SOLUTIONS
The joystick is activated, but the jack
does not lift high enough to insert
the safety supports.
Excessive charge
Check the weight of the vehicle.
Rated load < or = at 1300 kg.
Insufficient air pressure for the
charge.
Check that the air supply is set to a
maximum of 5.5 bar.
Air leaks during the lifting. Air pressure too important Set the air pressure to max. 5.5
bar using a pressure regulator (not
supplied).
Security valve faulty Replace the safety valve
