Abbreviated Assembly Procedures
1.
Inspect the gun block and the gun block parts before assembly.
2.
Install the mixing chamber.
3.
Thread the felt wiper assembly into the back of the mixing chamber.
4.
Tap the mixing chamber into place.
5.
Mount the gun block onto the gun frame.
6.
Replace the valving rod assembly.
7.
Replace the valving rod closure spring and the spring retainer case.
8.
Replace the check valves.
9.
Replace the air cap.
10.
Mount the gun onto the coupling block and connect the air supply.
11.
Adjust the felt wiper and service the felt.
12.
Actuate the valving rod.
13.
Open both of the manual valves and cheek the gun block for weepage.
14.
Test dispense.
