Caution Before attempting to use or service the gun, please read and
follow these instructions carefully. By doing so, you will not only avoid
faulty operation, but enjoy the full performance capabilities of the
Model D
Spray Gun.
Cleaning Injection Slots
It may become necessary to clean the injection slots in the mixing chamber
because of dirt or material buildup in the slot which results in pattern
deformation. The slots may be cleaned without disassembly of the gun as
follows:
1.
CLOSE BOTH MANUAL
VALVES-use the 5/16 spintite
to close both manual valves.

REMOVE CHECK VALVES-
use the 5/16 spintite to remove
both check valves. Inspect the
parts to determine that the
sleeve is still secured and then
place the check valves in
separate containers of gun
cleaner.
