Some channels are lost
PROBLEM
Due to analog switch off in Germany, in the night that connects 29
th
of April to 30
th
, there will
be major changes in Astra satellite distribution. First of all, all the analog channels will
terminate broadcasting. Second of all, some digital channels will be added and some will
change broadcasting transponder. Below, you can find the precautions for chassis SX, TX,
TF and TP Arçelik and Grundig have taken for our customers to have minimum
dissatisfaction due to this change.
SOLUTION
We are offering two solutions for minimum customer dissatisfaction.
1. The end users will make another search with “Network Search” parameter in “Automatic
Search” screen “On”.

Then the end users have to set the channels as he wishes with move selection in
“Program Table”
