SUBJECT The address in the facebook application is not valid
PROBLEM
When facebook application is used for the first time, you have to go to a webpage (tv.grundig.com/fb/) from
your PC to enter a validation code to the TV set. After entering this code, you can access facebook.
However, in the SW versions V01.22, V01.28 and V01.31, this address is written as “tv.grundig.com/fb”
When the user enters this address to his web browser on the PC, he gets the message “This webpage is
not available”, “Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage” etc. and cannot use facebook application.
CAUSE
Server failure. In the future, both addresses will be valid.
SOLUTION
Within the SW version V02.02, this address is written with the “/” in the end and if the user enters the
address correctly to the PC, he will get the validation code.
