■ The unit operates out of the range of required ambient temperature.
■ Airflow organization is set ineffectively.
■ The
amount of refrigerant is insufficient.
Troubleshooting:
Ineffective Cooling and
Heating
Check again the amount of refrigerant to
be added in the pipes and perform the
operations from the check valve of low
pressure gas pipe.
No
Whether the check
valve of the outdoor unit is
opened fully?
Yes
When touching by hand along
the flow direction of refrigerant, whether the
pipes have greatly varying temperatures
locally or get frosty?
Yes
No
Open the check valve until
it reaches its maximum, full
open position
No
Cut off the pipes for
confirmation and replace
and re-weld the pipes.
Whether the indoor
and outdoor ambient temperatures
meet the requirements of the unit?
In cooling mode, check whether the ambient
temperature of the indoor unit is higher than
32°C. If it occurs within the first one hour after
startup, it is acceptable; otherwise, it indicates
that the model configuration is unreasonable.
In cooling mode, check whether the outdoor
ambient temperature is higher than 40°C. If
yes, it is acceptable.
In heating mode, check whether the ambient
temperature of the indoor unit is lower than
12°C. If it occurs within the first two hours after
startup, it is acceptable; otherwise, it indicates
that the model configuration is unreasonable.
The right models should be selected.
In heating mode, check whether the outdoor
ambient temperature is lower than -7°C. If yes,
it is acceptable.
Yes
Whether the air outlet
and return of the outdoor unit are short
circuited, thus causing ineffective heat exchanging?
Whether the air return of the indoor unit is short
circuited, thus causing ineffective
heat exchanging?
Yes
