Liner
REFILLING FITTING
• The liner should be well-tensed. Continue with the installation until the water reaches 10
cm below the refilling fitting.
Cutting of the liner:
A
• From outside of the pool, locate the centre of the nozzle and mark it using a cutter.
B
• From inside the pool, mark a small cross on the mark left by the cutter.
C
• Centre the connector tube over this cross and trace the perimeter. This is automatically
below the hole of the nozzle in the wood.
D
• Cut out the traced line with the cutter.
Assembly of the nozzle:
• Hold the body of the nozzle and the first flat seal with one hand and with other the
cork seal and the second flat seal.
• From outside of the pool introduce through the hole of the nozzle the flat seal and the
cork one together, centring them regarding the axis of the hole (the cork seal on the
wood side).
ATTENTION: hold the seals so they do not drop between the liner and the wood.
• From inside the pool, introduce the .nozzle with the flat seal into the hole. The body of
the nozzle should be the introduced into the hole of the liner, the second flat seal, the
cork seal and the hole in the wood.
• Finish the installation of the nozzle by screwing from the outside the nut of the body
of the nozzle (the flat side against the wood). Reasonably tighten, without forcing too
much. to fix the liner between the two flat seals.
• Position the flange and screw it.
• Thread the connector tube previously prepared with Teflon (not included) into the
body of the nozzle, from outside of the pool.
• Temporarily connect the filter tube to the connector tube (see filter chapter) and
position the free above the water level to continue filling the water for the assembly of
the skimmer without water coming out of the nozzle.
