- Prepare the food properly before drying (wash, dry and cut)
- Assure suitable storage after drying, as this allows the high quality of products and nutrients to be

Storage:
- Put the dried food in the target containers only after it has cooled down.

- Removing the maximum amount of air from the container used for storing the dried products allows
one to get better results - we recommend vacuum storage.
- The optimal storage temperature is 15°C or lower.
- Never store dried foods in metal containers

- Check the state of dried foods. If you notice moisture, we recommend re-drying - this prevents
decomposition from starting.
- Dried foods should not be stored for more than 1 year - this maximum period is possible, if food is
kept in an airtight container in a refrigerator.

Unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet. Allow some time for the device to cool down. Use
soft damp (not wet) cloth with mild detergent. Do not use solvents, petrol or other and other
