2 Slide the XIP­3901card into the slot and push gently on the handle to seat the
connectors.
• When using a double-slot-width rear panel in a Densité­3+FR1 frame, the card
should be inserted into the lower of the two slots.
• When using a double-slot-width rear panel in a Densité­3+FR4 frame, the card
should be inserted into the rightmost of the two slots.
Inserting the card into the wrong slot will not damage the card, but the status LED on
the card will flash red to indicate that there is no connection to the rear panel.
3 Close the front panel of the frame.
