After the system completes the boot up process the

Home

screen is presented. The

Home

screen displays the buttons controlling entry into the major functions of Novus.

The screen contents may vary depending on the options enabled for the configuration
of the device.  The PC Application HearSIM is used to define the configuration of the
device.  The Quick Test is a configurable item which is enabled by default.  One of the
options that may be configured is to require a User Login.  If a User Login is required,
the

screen is not presented until after a successful login by the user. The User

Login is not enabled by default.
