Precautions when Creating Data
Notes regarding the Cutting Origin Position
The position of the cutting origin will vary depending on the settings for "Cutting Area". Create cutting data in
reference to the following:
Tilt correction: Enabled
Margin: Normal/Expanded
Tilt correction: Disabled
Margin: Normal
Tilt correction: Disabled
Margin: Expanded
The cutting origin (0, 0) will always
be near the vertex of the media edge
regardless of the state in which the
margin has been set.

Cutting Origin
•
As the area between the media edge
approximately 5 mm inward from the
edge is outside of the cutting area,
the media will not be cut in this area
even if cutting data exists.
The cutting origin (0, 0) will be the
vertex of the effective cutting area.
The point approximately 5 mm inward
from the front edge and approximately
10 mm from the left edge.
