Short cuts
To activate the short cut press and hold the button for at least 5 seconds. The blue symbols on the panel
indicate the short cut functions.
Press
(the defrost symbol) for at least for 5 seconds to activate a
defrosting cycle
. This
function is only effective if the evaporator is colder than +8°C.
Press
(button with IFR) for at least for 5 seconds to activate an
IFR (Intelligent Food
Recognition) program.
Press
(button with blue arrow down and minus symbol) for at least for 5 seconds to activate a
blast freeze cycle*
Press
(button with blue arrow down and plus symbol) for at least for 5 seconds to activate
blast chill cycle*
*Pressing the short cuts for a chill
or freeze
cycle will start a core temperature controlled cycle
(using the probe).
If the probe is not used the chill/freeze cycle will automatically be controlled by time to the parameters shown
below.
Parameters for blast chilling without use of probe:
• -5°C room temperature, 100% fan speed and 90 minutes duration
Parameters for blast freezing without use of probe:
• -25°C room temperature, 100% fan speed and 240 minutes duration
At the end of every cycle the cabinet will automatically switch to storage mode.
The default storage temperature is +2°C for blast chilling and -22°C for blast freezing.
