Disassemble
1. Relieve pressure, following the
2. Disconnect the power to the system.
3. Loosen and remove the four bolts (3) holding the
motor (1) to the pump, then remove the motor (1)
and the o-ring (2) (F
. 25).
4. Loosen and remove the four bolts (47) and four
washers (48) holding the pump to the tank (41) with
a 5 mm Allen wrench (F
. 26).
5. Loosen and remove the bolts (55), nuts (56), washer
(57), and lifting ring (53) from the cover.
NOTE: The lift ring for the 60 lb. tank is welded onto the
cover and is not removable.
6. Pull the pump out of the tank (41) with pump gasket
(49).
