LEEBOARDS AND OUTRIGGER

Slip the leeboards in a between aft and
downward pointing angles over the tubu-
lar ends of the bridge yoke, with the plas-
tic disk like covering facing to the hull.

Slide the two outrigger arm tubes into the
tubular ends of the bridge yoke, ensu-
ring that the drilled holes line up exactly
with those of the bridge yoke, and that
port- and starboard outriggers are af-
fixed to their respective sides.

Insert the bolts of the outrigger structure
from the top into the drilled holes.
►
►
Attach the securing ring to the bolts from
underneath.
►
►
Slot the none inflated outrigger float with
the rear lug from the rear over the out-
rigger arms long gusset till it touches the
tube. - The floats air-valves are on the
forward section.

Lift the forward lug and slip it over the
short gusset of the outrigger arm.
►
►
Push the float to the rear until the forward
lug touches the tube.
►
►
Inflate the outrigger floats to (0.3) bar
operating pressure - same valves as tho-
se of the boat.

DISMANTLING

Release the luff downhaul and slacken
the main-sheets.
►
►
Remove the main-sheet block tackle
from the D-Ring on the boats floor only.
The other end remains attached to the
boom.

Lower the mainsail and pull the halyard
►
►

Remove the halyard from the sail, and
roll up the sail.

Lower the foresail, and undo halyard and
furling drum.
►
►
Pull the jib sheets from the cleats.
►
►
Roll up the foresail together with the jib
sheets.

Release the furling line from the fixing
frame unit, and undo the furling drum
from the stemhed-strake.
