ASSEMBLy

         When assembling, observe the fol-

lowing sequence.

fIxING fRAME UNIT

►

Remove the 4 knurled nuts from the base 

plate.

►

►

Place  the  side  panels  over  the  bolts  of 

the base plate. The bolts shall protrude 

on the inside of the frame unit.

►

►

Fasten the side panels by means of the 

knurled nuts.

►

►

Remove the 4 knurled nuts from the un-

derside of the top panel.

►

►

Place  the  top  panel  and  bolts  onto  the 

side panels from above and fasten both 

firmly.  The  mast  foot  stub  on  the  base 

plate and the mast hole of the top plate 

must be in line .

►

►

Now place the fixing frame unit into your 

not  yet  inflated  boat.    The  side  of  the 

frame unit with mast foot stub  and mast 

hole position must be appointed in direc-

tion towards the bow.

►

Remove  the  4  knurled  nuts  from  the  fi-

xing strips of the side panels. 

With the ADVENTURE SL both fixing 

strips must be swapped over.

►

►

Removal of the  side panel fixing strips 

from  the  fixing  frame  unit  by  means  of 

Phillips screw driver or wrench (not sup-

plied).

►

►

Also  remove  the  two  each  bolts  with 

nuts, for attachment to the boat, and fas-

ten them to the new strips. Later on as-

sembly the bolts need to point upwards.

►

►

Fasten the new and longer fixing strips to 

the side panels  -   the extended sections 

of  the  fixing  strips  will  upon  assembly 

later point in direction towards the bow.
