Shackle  the  shrouds  to  port  and  star-

board to the eye bolt nuts of the bridge-

yoke.

►

►

Fasten the the bridge-yoke to the fixing 

frame unit by means of the 4 knurled nuts

►

►

Inflate the boat to operating pressure. 

►

►

Attach the furling drum to the stemhead-

strake by means of the large shackle. 

►

►

Feed the furling line through the clamcle-

at located on the fixing frame base plate. 

►

►

Fasten the end of the furling line to clam-

cleats eyelet to avoid accidental tail end 

loss of the line. 

►

►

Clip carbine attached to the jibs tack, to 

the furling drum.

         

IMPORTANT

►

►

Turn  the  bolt  of  the  shackle  by  180° 

until  it  locks  into  the  notch  on  the 

shank. 

►

►

Do  not  use  tools  to  squeeze  the 

shackles shanks.

►

►

If  the  shackle  has  lost  tension  and 

does  not  noticeably  lock  into  the 

notch, replace it, or prize the shanks 

open  a  little  until  sufficient  tension  is 

restored. 

►

►

Always check shackle tension prior to 

assembly.
