Mechanical check of GOTIS
For the mechanical check of GOTIS, the system measures
the electrical signals of the measuring cells as their load is slowly
increased.
Steps:
1.
Maintenance switch ESP02 = ON
- ESP02 is in switching cabinet EXE50
2.
Ignition ON
3.
Motor START
- Automatic startup begins
Calling up TDM
4.
Select system check menu for overtorque
- Press “Menu” key (F9)
- Select menu item “Service”
- Confirm safety prompt with “YES”
- Select menu item “GOTIS”
- Select menu item “System check”
- Select menu item “OVT system check”
5.
Lower pick-up device
- the swivel arms fold in
- the front wall moves out to the measurement position
6.
Install the hydraulic cylinder
- Fit the swivel arm bracket into the swivel arm
- Insert the front bolts on the piston rod into the open claw of the
front wall of the base plate
- Connect the hydraulic supply to A + B
- Connect measurement cable to the pressure sensor and
in the cab
