Checking the measuring signal
This check is to check the signal voltage at the measuring cell. Lifting
mechanism lifted without load.
Description of the
check

left side of vehicle
Terminal 9 + 10
Value
right side of vehicle
Terminal 19 + 20
Checking operating
voltage at measuring
amplifier between the
terminals.
Observe the polarity:
Red measuring tip to
terminal 9/19 = “-” or
“white”
Black measuring tip to
terminal 10/20 = “+” or
“green”.
See section 6 for the nominal values for the electrical check.
If the values are exceeded replace the measuring cell and measuring
amplifier.
