Unit Name:
Enter a unit name if desired

(a unit name is helpful for printing
diagnostic reports and unit reference).

Operational Mode -
Press to select:
•
STANDARD Mode:
(Default) Allows menu access to the operator for screen navigation, recipe
selection, and programming.
•
THEATER Mode:
Allows operator access to popping corn functions ONLY; selecting a recipe
and access to all other functions requires a Manager’s pass
code.

Temperature Mode:
(Default is °F)
Press to select °F (Fahrenheit) or °C (Celsius).
4.
Screensaver:
(Default is ON)
Press to select ON or OFF.
5.
Screensaver timeout (minutes):
(Default is 15
minutes - number of minutes unit is idle before
screensaver is activated.)
Press
▲ or ▼ to adjust
time in 1 minute intervals.
6.
Filter timeout (minutes):
(Default is 15 minutes
- number of minutes without a cook cycle, before
filter system is automatically shut OFF).
Press
▲ or ▼ to adjust time in 1 minute intervals.
7.
Crisper System ON/OFF:
(Default is Automatic -
Crisper turns ON automatically when a cook
cycle is started.)
Press to select Manual or Automatic.

Time:
Press to select; then on pop up window:
a.
Select AM or PM
b.
Enter time as 4 digits (ex: 08:34 or 11:59)
c.
Press ENTER to accept the change
(press X
to exit screen and leave time unchanged).
9.
Date:
Press to select - on pop up window:
a.
Enter date as 8 digits (ex: 01/23/2019)
b.
Press ENTER to accept the change
(press X
to exit screen and leave date unchanged).
c.
Press Set Cook Log to update log file date.
10.
Clock Type:
(Default setting is 12 Hour)
Press to
select 12 Hour or 24 Hour.
11.
Beep Volume:
Drag slider to adjust the volume
from low to high.
12.
Brightness:
Drag slider to adjust the screen
brightness from low to high.
13.
Cook Log Date:
Press to synchronize the cook
cycle date when any user configuration date
change is made.
