Large Load: default is 11 oz. oil (adj. range 1-23 oz.)
Small Load: default is 6 oz. oil (adj. range 1-18 oz.)

To Change LOAD Temperature:
1.
Select a Load Temp to adjust
(pop-up window shows current setting).
2.
Enter the new temperature, or press
▲ or ▼ to
adjust amount in 1 degree increments.
For ALL Kettle Sizes
Butterfly Corn: default temp is 420°F (215°C);
[adj. range 390-450°F (199-232°C)]
Mushroom Corn: default temp is 440°F (227°C);
[adj. range 390-450°F (199-232°C)]

Load Temp ERROR - Auto-Corrections:
•
If a temperature outside the adjustment range is entered, the value remains unchanged.
•
The load temperature CANNOT be lower than the dump temperature.
(Attempting to
move the load temperature
below
the dump temperature will result in the dump temperature
automatically adjusting to correct the error.)
To Change DUMP Temperature:
1.
Select a Dump Temp to adjust.
(pop up window shows current setting)
2.
Enter the new temperature, or press
▲ or ▼ to
adjust the amount in 1 degree increments.
For ALL Kettle Sizes
