Recipes
Recipe values are preset with factory defaults for a 52 oz. or 32 oz. kettle. Each recipe category is
preprogrammed for Popcorn Type and Flavoring for a LARGE and SMALL Load (per kettle size).
Load Size - Raw Corn Amount Required Per Kettle Size:

To Change OIL VOLUME (oz.):
1.
Press to select an oil volume to adjust
(pop-up window shows current setting).
2.
Enter new oil amount, or press
▲ or ▼ to
adjust amount in 1 oz. increments.
52 oz. Unit - Oil Volume
Large Load: default is 17 oz. oil (adj. range 5-25 oz.)
Small Load: default is 11 oz. oil (adj. range 1-23 oz.)
Notes for 52 oz. Kettles
(for Mushroom-SWEET ONLY):
Large Load: default is 11 oz. oil (adj. range 1-23 oz.)
Small Load: default is 7 oz. oil (adj. range 1-19 oz.)

Notes for 52 oz. Kettles ONLY:
•
In Mushroom-SWEET Recipe ONLY,
a LARGE LOAD only
uses 32 oz. of corn; a SMALL LOAD only uses 20 oz. of corn.
•
Tip for Mushroom-SALT Recipe:
If desired popping result
is not being achieved when popping a large 52 oz. load, then
try popping a small 32 oz. load.
