Whenever this light is on, the trac-
tion control system is off and will
not limit wheel spin.
The following messages will
appear in the Driver Information
Centre display:
• TRAC OFF
or
• STAB SYS OFF (stability system
off)

The light may turn on for any of
the following reasons:
• The traction control system
may have been turned off man-
ually using the traction control
button.
• The transfer case is in four-
wheel low.

Stabilitrak
®
Disabled Light
The light should come on briefly
when you start the engine. If the
light does not come on or if it stays
on, take your vehicle to the dealer
for service.
The Stabilitrak Disabled Light will
appear when the Stabilitrak
®
system is turned off.
