List of configured phones
All automatically and manually configured phones are displayed here. The list view can
be restricted by selecting the first letter of the tab. The number of entries displayed can
be changed to suit your individual needs under
Rows
. Depending on the number to be
displayed, the list will be spread over several pages.
The list contains the following information and options for each phone:
u
State (whether the device is registered on the PBX)
u
Device Type
u
Device Name: Name of the access (SIP account) to register a phone to the PBX
u
IP address: A single mouse-click on an address marked in bold opens the web interface
(if available) for the corresponding device in a separate browser window.
u
Assigned users - users to whom the device is assigned.
u
Double clicking on the row or a single click on
H
opens the phone's detailed settings.
u
Clicking on
I
deletes the phone entry from the list and ultimately from the system.
Other phones can be added via the
Manually
and
Search
buttons.
