The

Busy Lamp Field

function key is assigned an internal phone number (of a user or a

user group) as a target and a status display.

The busy lamp field keys have several elements for status and presence display in the
function key window, for:

u

Telephony (available, incoming call, busy)

u

Redirections

u

DND

u

Chat with presence message

If several entries are selected (press and hold Ctrl or shift key), a busy lamp field key is
created for each selected user. The busy lamp field keys are also available in the call
manager.

Please note

The selection of the function types depends on the user's rights, so, for example,
only administrators can have keys to activate and deactivate modules.
