It takes time until to start motor rotation after put RUN/STOP switch to RUN according to
become slow speed of set in motor. In case of low setting run time is an issue, connect
variable resistor VRT to adjust operation time refferring folllowing circuit.

* In case of Stop Moment, use linking Run/Braking switch and Run/Stop switch of above
circuit.
* In state of put RUN/STOP switch to Stop sid, adjust the VRT just before MOTOR starting.
