How to Remove the Pressure
Transducer (if equipped)
1 Turn the key switch to ground control and pull
out the red Emergency Stop button to the on
position at both the ground and platform
controls.
2 Raise the platform 7 to 8 feet / 2.1 to 2.4 m.
3 Lift the safety arm, move it to the center of the
scissor arm and rotate down to a vertical
position.
4 Lower the platform onto the safety arm.
Crushing hazard. Keep hands
clear of the safety arm when
lowering the platform.
5 At the ground control, turn the key switch to the
off position and push in the red Emergency
Stop button to the off position.
6 Disconnect the battery pack from the machine.
Electrocution/burn hazard. Contact
with electrically charged circuits
could result in death or serious
injury. Remove all rings, watches
and other jewelry.
7 Pull the manual lowering cable and hold for 3
seconds.
8 Tag and disconnect the three-pin connector
from the pressure transducer harness.
9 Slowly loosen the pressure transducer from the
lift cylinder and remove. Discard the pressure
transducer.
Bodily injury hazard. Spraying
hydraulic oil can penetrate and
burn skin. Loosen hydraulic
connections very slowly to allow
the oil pressure to dissipate
gradually. Do not allow oil to squirt
or spray.
10 Connect the battery pack to the machine.
11 Turn the key switch to the ground control
position.
12 Press and hold the ground control scroll up and
scroll down buttons.

Mode to raise the platform. While in Service
Override Mode, only the GCON will operate with
limited functionality. The platform will raise a
predetermined amount of time and stop.
15 Raise the platform and return the safety arm to
the stowed position.
16 Fully lower the platform to the stowed position.
Note: After replacing the pressure transducer, the
