Secure telescoping tube (14) with a starred frame coupling to the
inner side of the mast tube (torque moment 50 Nm ), extend towards
the wall and anchor likewise. Select the furthest possible horizontal
distance between the two anchoring tubes against the wall. (The
minimum distance between the two attachment plates is dependent
upon the distance between the mast and building, for greater
distances use extension tubes).

The vertical and rectangular alignment of the mast must be
checked and, if necessary, corrected.

The mast is vertically aligned by shifting the anchoring tubes in the
mast bracket or scaffold coupling.

Rectangular alignment of the mast is carried out using both scaffold
couplings (13).
• Install further mast sections as described previously.
• Mount trailing cable guides at distances of approx. 8 m (refer to
Chapter 6.3.1)
• Install further mast sections as described previously.
• Install other mast anchors as described previously.

In order to install the mast anchorages, ascend as far as necessary
for these to be easily installed. Hereby, the upper edge of the trolley
must only ascend up to 5.5 m above the last mast anchor installed.
During mast assembly, the projecting mast may be extended out
to max. 5.5m over the last mast bracket! (Upper edge of the trolley
to the mast attachment point).
Maintain vertical distances for:
- Mast anchors max. 6 m.
- Trailing cable guides approx. 6 m.
Check length of the trailing cable!
• Assemble the hoist until the desired height is reached (max. 50 m
with 230V drive or 100 m with a 400V drive).

During assembly and before operation, the rack must be manually
lubricated (also if an automatic lubrication device is installed)!
