3.) You should also see that your left most monitor essentially remains empty (it will most likely show
a black empty viewport). It should look roughly like this:

4.) On the left-most monitor, click Layout -> Show Data Selector. If you already see your data selector,
then you don't have to do anything.
NOTE
Your general UI configuration will most likely differ from the above screenshot. This is fine.
NOTE
If you don't see a pictorial index visible on the left-most monitor, make it visible by selecting Layout ->
Show Pictorial Index.
