Entering Analog Outputs

1.
The first prompt enables you to select a range to send a current
signal to a recording device (see Figure 1-22 below).
a.
Press
[ENTER]
to open the drop-down menu.
b.
Scroll to the desired output from three choices:
Off, 0-20 mA,
and
4-20 mA
.
c.
Press
[ENTER]
to confirm your selection.
Note:
If you select “Off,” you will not be able to access any other
parameters in this option.

Scroll to the next prompt and select the Data Source measurement
type from a list of choices (see Figure 1-23 on page 1-22).
a.
Press
[ENTER]
to open the window.
b.
Scroll to the desired output type.
c.
Press
[SEL]
to confirm your selection.
d.
The prompt then moves to a list of unit types. (The available
units depend on the selection made at the Data Source prompt.)
Scroll to the desired output unit.
e.
Press
[F3]
(OK) to confirm your selection.
3.
The next prompt requests the zero (base) value for the analog
output. This value represents the 0/4 mA output (in flow units).
a.
Press
[ENTER]
to open the text box.
b.
Use the numeric keys to enter the desired value.
c.
Press
[ENTER]
to confirm your selection.
