2. The flashng cursor hghlghts the backlght
mode field. Turn the small right knob to select
the desred mode: Auto or Manual. Press ENT
to accept the selecton.
3. If “Manual” s selected, the flashng cursor
moves to the backlght level field. Turn the
small right knob to select the desred level.
Press ENT to accept the selecton.
To change the display contrast:
1. Select “Dsplay” from the Setup 2 page.
2. Turn the
large right knob to hghlght the
contrast mode field.
3. Turn the small right knob to select the desred
mode: Auto or Manual. Press ENT to accept
the selecton.
4. If “Manual” s selected, the flashng cursor
moves to the contrast level field. Turn the
small
right
knob to select the desred level. Press
ENT to accept the selecton.
Nearest Airport Criteria
To set the minimum runway length and runway
surface:
1. Select “Nearest Arport Crtera” from the Setup
2 page.
2. The flashng cursor hghlghts the runway sur-
face field. Turn the small right knob to select
the desred surface. The followng optons are
avalable:
• Any surface
• Hard surfaces only
• Hard / Soft surfaces
• Water landngs only
3. Press
ENT
to accept the runway surface selec-
ton.
4. The flashng cursor moves to the mnmum
runway length field. To enter a dfferent mn-
mum runway length, use the
small and large
right knobs to enter the desred length. Press
ENT when finshed.
