The following chart gives an overview of the commissioning process.
3.1 Safety Inspection
Before the fuel and electrical supply are turned on for the first time the installation
must be inspected and approved for safety by suitably qualified personnel.
Items that must be checked during safety test include:
• VR2 return line connections (where present);
• Electrical power supply connections;
• Remote relay connections;
• Communications cabling and connections;
• Fuel feed line connections.
3.2 Dispenser Configuration and Setup
The dispenser is supplied with an specific configuration loaded onto the SD card on
the Central Controller Module. However, following the physical installation of the
dispenser, the system must be configured via the Service Mode prior to use.
