11 - DEMOLIZIONE
Nel momento in cui si intende procedere alla rottamazione
dell’attrezzatura occorre:
ATTENZIONE
Le operazioni di smontaggio dei componenti
dell’ attrezzatura devono essere effettuate da un
tecnico specializzato.
Lo spostamento dell’attrezzatura presso la ditta
di demolizione deve essere effettuato con mezzi
appropriati, aventi capacità di carico superiore
al peso dell’attrezzatura stessa.
•
Smontare per quanto possibile tutte le parti
dell’attrezzatura (pale, perni, viti, rotore idraulico,
collettore di distribuzione, ecc...) dividendole in base
alla loro differente natura ( per esempio: tubazioni,
componenti in gomma, lubrificanti, alluminio,
materiale ferroso, ecc..).
NOTA
Per lo smontaggio vedere “9.3-MANUTENZIONE
STRAORDINARIA”.
•
Recuperare l’olio contenuto nei tubi, martinetti,
collettore di distribuzione, rotore idraulico.
•
Prima di procedere alla rottamazione, informare
tramite comunicazione scritta gli organi preposti a
tale incarico nel rispetto delle normative vigenti nel
singolo paese.
•
Procedere, dopo aver ricevuto l’autorizzazione dalle
autorità competenti, allo smaltimento dei componenti
seguendo quanto prescritto dalle normative vigenti
in materia.
11.1 - SMALTIMENTO SOSTANZE NOCIVE
Per lo smaltimento delle sostanze nocive, consultare
quanto prescritto dalle norme vigenti nel singolo paese
ed operare di conseguenza.
IMPORTANTE
Qualunque irregolarità commessa dal Cliente prima,
durante o dopo la rottamazione e lo smaltimento dei
componenti dell’attrezzatira, nell’interpretazione ed
applicazione delle normative vigenti in materia, è di
esclusiva responsabilità dello stesso.
11 - DEMOLITION
When it is time to proceed with scrapping the equipment,
it is necessary to:
ATTENTION
The operation of scrapping components of the
equipment, must be performed by a specialised
technician.
The transportation of the equipment to the
demolition company must be carried out with
appropriate vehicles, with a capacity greater than
the weight of the equipment itself.
• Dismount, as much as possible, the parts of
the equipment (blades, pins, screws, hydraulic
rotor,distributor manifold, etc.) and separate them
according to their nature (for example: tubing,
rubber components, lubricants, aluminium, ferrous
materials, etc.).
NOTE
For dismounting see “9.3- EXTRAORDINARY
MAINTENANCE”.
•
Recuperate the oil contained in the tubes, jacks,
distributor manifold, hydraulic rotor.
•
Before scrapping, notify the responsible authorities
in charge by written communication of the activity
in accordance with the regulations of the respective
country.
•
Proceed, after receiving authorisation from the compe-
tent authorities, with the disposal of the components,
proceeding as required by current related regulations.
11.1 - DISPOSAL OF NOXIOUS SUBSTANCES
For the disposal of noxious substances, consult what
is prescribed by current legislation in each respective
country and act accordingly.
IMPORTANT
Any irregularities committed by the Customer,
before, during or after the scrapping and disposal
of the equipment components, in the interpretation
and application of the laws in force, are the exclisive
responsibility of the same.
