8.1 - CONTROLLI GIORNALIERI PRIMA
DELL’USO
È buona norma effettuare giornalmente i controlli elencati
di seguito per mantenere in buono stato la vostra
attrezzatura.Detti controlli integrano e non sostituiscono
le operazioni di manutenzione programmata.
•
Controllare le condizioni di tutte le parti che
connettono l’attrezzatura alla macchina e del
dispositivo di attacco.
•
Controllare le condizioni della carpenteria: se sono
presenti deformazioni, segni di usura o altro.
•
Controllare le condizioni di tutti i meccanismi: perni,
boccole e giochi alloggiamenti.
•
Controllare le condizioni dell’impianto idraulico: non
devono esservi perdite e i tubi di alimentazioni non
devono essere danneggiati.
•
Prima di utilizzare l’attrezzatura ingrassare
tutti i punti come indicato nello “SCHEMA DI
LUBRIFICAZIONE”.
ATTENZIONE
Se si notano dei malfunzionamenti o si hanno
dei dubbi sulla funzionalità dell’attrezzatura NON
utilizzarla ma chiamare il servizio di assistenza
tecnica.
8.2 - ISTRUZIONI PER L’USO
8.2.a - PRESA E MOVIMENTAZIONE DEL
MATERIALE
1. Posizionare l’attrezzatura aperta sul materiale da
raccogliere.
2. Chiudere l’attrezzatura mediante il comando
(CHIUDE).

IMPORTANTE
In questa fase l’operatore dovrà accertarsi, prima
di sollevare e di movimentare il materiale, che la
presa da parte dell’attrezzatura sia sicura (es.:
sollevare il carico anche solo di pochi centimetri
prima di effettuare l’intera manovra).
8.1 - DAILY INSPECTIONS BEFORE USE
It is good practice to make the daily checks listed
below to maintain your equipment in good condition.
These controls integrate with and do not replace
programmed maintenance.
•
Check the condition of all parts that connect the
equipment to the machine and the coupling device.
•
Check the condition of structural steelwork:
forindications of deformations, signs of wear, or other.
•
Check the condition of all the mechanisms, pins,
bushings and housing clearances.
•
Check the condition of the hydraulic system: there
should be no leaks and no damage to the the supply
tubes.
•
Before using the equipment grease all points as
indicated in the “LUBRICATION SCHEDULE”
ATTENTION
If malfunctioning is noticed or there is doubt
about the functionality of the equipment DO NOT
use it but call the technical assistance service.
8.2 - INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
8.2.a - GRABBING AND HANDLING OF MATERIAL
1. Position the equipment open over the material to be
collected.
2. Close the equipment using the command
(Close).

IMPORTANT
In this phase, the operator must ensure, before
lifting and moving the material, that the hold by
the equipment is sure (e.g. by lifting the load
just a few centimeters before effecting the entire
maneuver).
