9.3.b - COLLETTORE DI DISTRIBUZIONE

Rimozione

1.  Asportare le viti (1), le rosette (2) e rimuovere i carter 

di protezione (3) dei tubi idraulici.

2.  Scollegare dal collettore di distribuzione (4) tutti i tubi 

fl

 essibili di comando dei martinetti completi di raccordi.

♦

 

Contrassegnare i tubi 

fl

 essibili per evitare scambi

in di fase montaggio.              

♦

 

Tappare i tubi per evitare l’ingresso di impurità.

♦

 

Recuperare l’olio contenuto nei tubi.

3.  Asportare le viti (5), le rosette (6) e rimuovere il 

collettore di distribuzione (4) s

fi

 landolo come indicato 

in

 gura.

Installazione

•  Installare seguendo l’ordine inverso della 

rimozione.

 

Viti: 60 Nm

 

Tubi: 120 Nm

9.3.b - DISTRIBUTOR MANIFOLD

Removal 

1.  Remove the screws (1), washers (2) and remove 

the safety casing (3).

2.  Disconnect from the distributor manifold (4) all  

fl

 exible tubes controlling the jacks.

♦

 

Mark the 

fl

 exibile tubes to avoid exchanges in the 

mounting phase.

♦

 

Cap the tubes to prevent the entry of impurities. 

♦

 

Recuperate the oil contained in the tubes. 

3.  Remove the screws (5), washers (6) and remove 

the distributor manifold (4) as shown in the diagram.

Installation

 

• 

Install in reverse order of removal.

 

Screws: 60 Nm

 

Tubes: 120 Nm
