5.2 - SOLLEVAMENTO E CARICO ATTREZZATURA
ATTENZIONE
•
L e o p e r a z i o n i d i s o l l e v a m e n t o e
movimentazione devono essere eseguite da
personale specializzato ed autorizzato all’uso
delle attrezzature idonee.
•
Per il sollevamento utilizzare un mezzo
di sollevamento o carrello elevatore di
portata adeguata rispetto alla massa
dell’attrezzatura.
• Verifi care che la portata delle funi sia adeguata
al peso dell’attrezzatura.
•
Le attrezzature di lavoro devono essere in
buono stato di conservazione soprattutto per
quanto riguarda l’usura, l’invecchiamento e
la fatica.
•
NON sostare nel raggio d’azione del mezzo di
sollevamento e sotto l’attrezzatura sollevata.
•
Durante tutte le operazioni di caricamento
dell’attrezzatura il veicolo deve rimanere
frenato e a motore spento.
NOTA
I mezzi rappresentati nelle figure di questo
capitolo, ad esempio il dispositivo di sollevamento
dell’attrezzatura sono puramente indicativi ed
utilizzati solo per migliorare la comprensione.
Per sollevare l’attrezzatura agire come segue:

Mediante l’aggancio al perno montato nell’attacco superiore
dell’attrezzatura qualora essa ne fosse provvista
(Fig 3)

Caricare l’attrezzatura sul mezzo di trasporto

ssandola con
mezzi di legatura adeguati (es. : staffaggi, funi, reggette).
IMPORTANTE
E’ responsabilità dell’autotrasportatore, prima e
durante il trasporto, di verifi care lo stato dei mezzi di
legatura (staffaggi, funi, reggette e pallet).
5.2 - LIFTING AND LOADING EQUIPMENT
ATTENTION
•
The operations of lifting and handling must
be performed by specialised personnel
and authorized in the use of appropriate
equipment.
•
For lifting, use a lifting device or forklift of
a capacity appropriate to the mass of the
equipment.
•
Verifify that the strength of the cables is
adequate for the weight of the equipment.
•
Work equipment must be in good repair,
especially as regards wear, aging and fatigue.
•
DO NOT stand in range of the lifting equipment
or under raised equipment.
•
During all loading operations of the equipment,
the vehicle must remain with brakes on and
the engine off.
NOTE
The medium represented in the
fi
gure of this chapter,
is given as an example of a lifting device for the
equipment and is purely indicative and used only
to improve understanding.
To lift the equipment proceed as follows:
With Forklift
Insert the forks in the appropriate joints
(Fig. 2)

Other lifting systems
By coupling with the pin mounted in the upper attachment
of the equipment, if so provided
(Fig 3)

the pin is provided by the manufacturer.

type B,D =
the pin is provided by the manufacturer
Load the equipment on the transport medium securing it with
appropriate ties (e.g. clamps, cables, metal straps and pallet).
IMPORTANT
It is the responsibility of the haulier, before and during
transport, verifying the status of the ties (clamps,
cables, strapping and pallet).
