10 - MESSA FUORI SERVIZIO

Se si prevede di non utilizzare l’attrezzatura per un 
lungo periodo è necessario effettuare le seguenti 
operazioni:
•  Appoggiare al suolo l’attrezzatura in posizione 

aperta, veri

fi

 care che sia in posizione stabile e 

scollegarla dalla macchina

.

•  Ungere leggermente tutte le parti non verniciate 

con olio o grasso.

•  Ingrassare l’attrezzatura come indicato nello 

“SCHEMA DI LUBRIFICAZIONE”.

•  Stoccare l’attrezzatura posizionandola sulle 

apposite scaffalature proteggendola dagli agenti 
atmosferici.

•  Evitare di posizionare sopra di essa altre 

attrezzature o materiali vari.

10.1 - VERIFICHE E CONTROLLI DOPO  
 

 

    UNA LUNGA INATTIVITÁ

 ATTENZIONE

Prima di utilizzare l’attrezzatura è necessario effettuare 
i seguenti controlli:
•  Ingrassare l’attrezzatura come indicato nello 

“SCHEMA DI LUBRIFICAZIONE”.

• Veri

fi

 care lo stato delle guarnizioni dei cilindri, 

assicurandosi che i bordi di tenuta siano in perfette 
condizioni (sostituire se necessario).

• Veri

fi

 care le perfette condizioni dei tubi 

fl

 essibili, 

dei raccordi e sostituirli in caso di lacerazioni o 
perdite.

• Veri

fi

 care le condizioni di serraggio di viti, bulloni 

ferma perno e dei seeger presenti nell’attrezzatura.

10 - SHUTDOWN

If the equipment is not to be used for a long period, it 
is necessary to perform the following steps: 
•  Place the equipment on the ground in its open 

position, verify that it is in a stable position and 
then disconnect from the machine.

•  Lightly grease all unpainted parts with oil or 

grease.

• 

Grease the equipment as shown in “ LUBRICATION 
SCHEDULE”. 

•  Store the equipment by placing them on 

appropriate shelving protecting it from weathering.

•  Avoid placing other equipment or various 

materials on its top.

10.1 - VERIFICATIONS AND CONTROLS  

    AFTER EXTENDED INACTIVITY 

 ATTENTION

Before using the equipment it is necessary  to 
effectuate the following controls:
•  Grease the equipment as shown in  the 

“LUBRICATION SCHEDULE”..

• 

Verify the status of the cylinder’s gaskets, ensuring 
that the seal rims are in perfect condition (substitute 
if necessary). 

• 

Verify that the conditions of the 

fl

 exible tubes and jointsare 

perfect and replace them in case of tears or leakage. 

• 

Verify the tightness conditions of screws, bolts pin 
stop and Seeger rings present in equipment.
