Devices should be connected using screened twisted pair cable,
which has at least two twisted pairs. Either the screen or an
additional wire can be used to connect the ground pins.
Cables can be either looped in and out of the connectors, or
terminal boxes can be used to allow a spur to be taken from the
main cable to each device.
